Bishop Carlye at Vestry University 2018

Members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church attended this year’s ‘Vestry University 2018‘, which included a moving speech by Bishop Carlye Hughes – just two weeks after her consecration. Highlights from her speech included “You – the lay people – are the most valuable asset in this diocese. You are the most valuable asset in the Christian church. You are the most valuable asset that God has given to the future of the church.”
